| Epiphany - Witness of the Son of God »
The Incarnation is not something that occurred for 33 or so years a couple of thousand years ago. It is an ongoing experience, a change in human nature, something that has brought humanity up to God, and God down into our very messy humanity. It is ongoing and ever changing, as Christmas ends and Epiphany will begin let's open our hearts to all the possibilities of Incarnational mystery we can find in our lives.
O God, Who wonderfully created, and yet more wonderfully restored, the dignity of human nature: Grant that we may share the divine life of Him Who humbled Himself to share our humanity, Your Son Jesus Christ; Who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
