Thank you for this kind post. As a former resident of Greensburg, I appreciate it more than I can say. It goes with the verse about it raining on the just and the unjust. It's just part of life that these things happen.

Lifting the town up in my prayers.


It's very old testament to think that people deserved suffering because of their sins. Jesus really turned that on his head when he said that people with disabilities were NOT a result of the sins of their parents.

The fact is, we are all sinners. We all suffer, too. What Jesus taught was that suffering could be redemptive. I hang on to that when I am in the midst of a dark place.
