Maybe some good can come of the Ted Haggard disaster. After a hat tip from Joe, I wanted to mention this.
It seems that the male escort Mike Jones has placed the very same "Ted Haggard Massage Table" on eBay. The money he makes will go to Denver's Project Angel Heart.
Project Angel Heart provides "meals with love for people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses in Denver and Colorado Springs".
Maybe some good can come from stupid acts after all?
That table just reminds me of sin.

Isn't it interesting that even in the Garden, we are clearly not permitted to chose what is "Good" and "Evil"? Amazing

I have to believe that God has the power to transform anything to good. Otherwise, I'm pretty much doomed. :-)
Of course, my definition of "good" may not equal God's, and God takes this oh-so-annoying big-picture perspective that takes into account millennia upon millennia, and the good of the entire universe, from quarks and electrons to galaxies and quasars.

Let us pray that a whole lot of money and therefore a great deal of good comes from this act. ;)
