My brother Michael is very close to death. Hospice thinks it could be
anytime and I don't know how it could be more than this afternoon. Please join
me in prayer as he leaves this world for a greater one. Mike's wife and daughter
are shattered, my parents and the rest of our family are just broken in pain.
Almighty God, look on Michael your servant, lying in
great
weakness, and comfort him with the promise of life
everlasting, given in the resurrection of Your
weakness, and comfort him with the promise of life
everlasting, given in the resurrection of Your
Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Deliver
him,
O Sovereign Lord Christ, from all evil, and set him
free from every bond; that he may rest with
all Your saints in the eternal habitations;
all Your saints in the eternal habitations;
where with the Father and the Holy Spirit
You live and reign, one God, for ever and ever.
Amen.
